HEALING SESSIONS
Individual, face-to-face energy healing and spiritual counselling sessions to address various physical, emotional, performance and spiritual issues. Sessions are conducted using the latest Energy Psychology techniques and various energy based therapies, including Emotional Freedom Techniques and Reiki. These are supported by exploring core issues, inner child work, shadow work, chakra work, breathing and meditation.
The number of sessions required will depend on the complexity of the issue. It is important to bear in mind that while some problems, or parts of a problem, will clear straight away, there may be deeper aspects involved which will require time and patience to clear and achieve a complete result. One of the great benefits of using energy based therapies is that complex work can take place in a relatively short period of time.
Telephonic support sessions is available by proir arrangement.
LIGHTARIAN PATH CLEARING ™
Path Clearing releases all adverse and undesired energy patterns from the auric field... easily, safely and completely. It consists of a series of six unique, guided meditations and includes clearing the "shadow tapestry", birth pattern removal, template clearing, attachment clearing, lineage clearing and veil removal.
REIKI SUPPORT CIRCLE
If you, a family member or a friend needs support during a difficult period, you can add their details to our Reiki Support Circle. Reiki energy will be sent daily to the list of people. This is a free service.

FENG SHUI INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
A complete Feng Shui assessment is done for your property, house and individual rooms. The consultation
includes personal goal analysis and assessment of the Bagua, Elemental Balance, Yin and Yang, Building Psychology and Spacial Relationships.
During consultation such issues as furniture placement, lighting layout, finishes, colour schemes and remedies are discussed with you.
Consultation length is approximately 2 to 3 hours. A floor plan of the property is essential and it is advisable and cost effective if you can supply a floor plan at least 1 week before consultation.
If you do not have a floor plan available for whatever reason, one will be drawn up for you at a nominal fee and will add approximately 1 hour to the consultation time depending on the size of the property.
After the consultation, my findings and our discussions are compiled into a written report for you to reference. This report is emailed or mailed to you within 2 weeks after consultation.
CREATING A VISUAL FENG SHUI JOURNAL
You are guided to create and compile a visual journal through visualisations and various other exercises. This process will assist you in exploring your own design preferences, comforts and safety issues - ensuring that your final design is personalised and a true reflection of your vision. Such topics as your first home, your ideal home, the sensory home, thoughts from abroad, the miracle question and a tour of your home are explored.
The visual journal and Feng Shui report will reflect your personal journey and will assist you tremendously in your own design endeavors, helping you to make informed decisions regarding your renovations, interior design and décor.
It is highly recommended that the creation of the visual journal be considered as a first step of the Feng Shui process and be completed before a Feng Shui consultation. It is not a requirement, but if done properly, can add tremendously to the personalisation of the Feng Shui assessment.

PERSONAL RE-ALIGNMENT PROGRAM

The program involves a series of face-to-face therapeutic sessions and consultations, email and telephone support. The program is tailored to your needs after an initial intake session.
